I’m so glad my husband found this company! I was skeptical about getting an e-bike and now I can’t wait to hit the road and trails. All the staff at both locations are super great. I love how it’s a family business and you can tell folks love what they do. They made sure I understood all the things about my bike prior to buying it. What I appreciated a lot was after I picked up my bike at the west midtown location, they helped me register my bike with Velotric, so I could receive the Blk Friday freebies. Then they helped me put on the freebies at the ponce location (pictured).

So relieved to find a shop in this part of town. Monte, the owner, was super helpful and fixed my brakes while i waited. He let me know about a recall on my battery I didn't know about :( I plan to upgrade in a few months and will definitely make my purchase from Belt Hub midtown. He's got some really nice bikes and is super knowledgeable.. great price.

We rented bikes here a few days ago, and it was such an amazing experience! My girl and I set out to explore the West Side Beltline, and this rental shop made the whole adventure seamless. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful, walking us through everything we needed to know, making sure our bikes were just right, and giving us some local tips for the best spots on the trail.

We had never used electric bikes before but loved the Beltline and wanted to see the whole Beltline versus the section where we normally eat. This was so fun and amazing. Went from both ends twice and got off twice at piedmont park and also rode through Ansley Park with no issues. Highly recommend the E bikes and for sure using Beltline biking. They met us before we got started at a bike rack right on the Beltline which made it so easy to get started and when we were ready to stop. The 2 owners showed us everything on how to use the bikes and made us comfortable using them . They really seemed to care about their customers. We rented the whole day and had the best time. Thank you!

We rented two bikes. Ty set us up totally explaining all aspects of the e-bike. Bikes were excellent condition. (This was our first e-bike experience.) We took the bikes out for two hours and rode the paved east-side Beltline. Lots of restaurants, shops and parks. Great ride. Hope to do the west-side next checking in at their other shop on the other side of the Beltway. (The Beltway is not yet connected as of 2025.) Co-owner Holly checked us in at the finish and her co-owner hubby checked us out. So friendly and into their business. What a great two hours exploring Atlanta from the Ponce City Market and riding e-bikes from the “Belt Hub” at Ponce City Market. Highly recommended!!!.

My husband and I went out to the Westside location to test out e-bikes for purchase. Turns out they were closed and Ty explained over the phone that it was a grand opening at Ponce City Market location. We headed out there and it was the best experience we received. He was knowledgeable about the bikes, had us try out 4 different bikes, and encouraged us to take it for a good ride so that we could feel comfortable with the bikes. We will do a little bit more research before we purchase but what is definitely clear…we WILL purchase our bikes from Ty with The Belt Hub.

Me and my homegirl went bike riding on the Beltline and decided to rent from this Black-owned, family-run bike shop — and they were amazing! From the moment we walked up, they were super friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed before heading out. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

When I say I can’t wait to come back. Asha and her team today helped knock off the nerves! Experience and process was easy and to the point, so no need to overthink just book it and ride out! Promise it is the best money spent. Loved this experience thank you guys!! Where can we get a SUBSCRIPTION!!!
