No appointment is required for most services. Customers can bring their bike or e-bike directly to The BELT Hub during shop hours. For complex repairs or same-day requests, we recommend calling ahead.

Yes. We provide limited repair services for electric scooters including basic mechanical work such as brakes, tires, and adjustments.

Service times vary depending on the repair and shop volume.

Typical turnaround times:

  • Flat repair: Same day or next day
  • Basic tune-up: 2–3 days
  • Major repairs or parts orders: 3–7 days

Our team will give you an estimated completion time when you check in your bike.

A standard tune-up typically includes:

  • Brake adjustment
  • Gear/derailleur adjustment
  • Bolt tightening and safety check
  • Wheel truing (minor)
  • Chain lubrication
  • General inspection

If additional repairs are needed, we’ll contact you before performing any extra work.

  • Frequent riders: every 3–6 months
  • Casual riders: once per year
  • E-bikes: at least once per year or every 1,000 miles
